Quality Specifications: This is a hat of our own creation. The structured 5 panel crown profile, combined with a half-curved visor make this hat one of a kind. The white, 2.5in felt ‘C’ on the front matches the white, 1.5in embroidered ‘ICONNATN’ on the back of the cap.

We will accept returns/exchanges for unworn garments with 30 days of purchase. Pre-ordered items have a separate return/exchange policy, please reference the description of the preordered product.

Great hat, bad service

I own many of the hats and love the design. However, my order was lost for months. I tried emailing icon and the email was sent back to me like the company went out of business. I contacted Instagram multiple times to get any response. They finally told me they would get the order to me and put extras in the box like always. It took a few more weeks to a month and many messages to Instagram to get my order shipped. After that, responses ended. When I received my hat 2 to 3 months after I ordered it- it came with 1 pair of socks. Overall, I received a bad taste in my mouth from this experience. This was my third purchase and possibly my last.
